The Akademie für Politische Bildung und demokratiefördernde Maßnahmen is a non-profit association that prepares topics in the field of political education for people of all ages in order to increase equal opportunities for the unemployed and the employed, migrants and especially women in the labor market. We support the personal and academic development of children, adults and disadvantaged people through a variety of educational opportunities for schools, companies and public institutions. The aim of our activities is to promote civic education through targeted educational offers, international understanding and cooperation as well as through written, visual and auditory documentation and to support disadvantaged groups in participating in society.
Our team develops and implements innovative educational projects. One of our competencies in addition to coaching, consulting and research is training mainly to improve professional skills, digital skills and global skills.
The core competencies of our association work, however, are supporting people in actively participating in society and strengthening active civic participation and European citizenship. In our workshops, our participants often use simulation games to learn how to apply and apply these skills such as media literacy, social entrepreneurship, communication strategies, intercultural dialogue, human rights and democracy.
Our experienced trainers have already held numerous workshops and are constantly developing new methods that are tailored to the needs of the learner.
